In the reply email after we received your order, we'll give you two types of choices of courier companies that might suit your needs*.
POSLAJU MALAYSIA (PARCEL) 1-5 Working Days. The fee varies according to the weight, but usually it is lower than RM10. (Tariff Calculator)
SKYNET EXPRESS (PARCEL) 1-3 Working Days. The fee varies according to the weight, usually a bit higher than RM10. However, if the item is less than 1KG, therefore < RM10 (Tariff Calculator)
* As both services are good and reliable, therefore if the customer leaves the decision on us, we’ll pick the first option which is cheaper.
We’ll then add the postage fee according to your choice. The total sum of the payment will be inserted in the invoice and will be emailed to your inbox. We do accept payment via PayPal and Cash Transfer via these banks; Public Bank, CIMB and Bank Islam.
Do inform us when you have settled the payment. We’ll reply back as soon as the payment has been cleared.
PACKAGING
The items will be carefully wrapped in a box before we send it to the postage service. Don’t worry about the safety of the item as we’ll ensure enough shock protection in the box.
DELIVERY TIME!
When we have already send out your item to the postage service for the delivery purpose, we’ll email/SMS to you the tracking number of your parcel, so that you can easily track it in the website of the courier company.
